Solid liquid separation technology and its equipment are one of the key projects in the water supply and drainage treatment process. Air flotation is one of the effective methods for removing small suspended particles with a density close to water. This device is widely used in water supply and drainage treatment projects.
Firstly, it is applied to the water treatment of water plants that use lake water as their water source to remove algae and reduce turbidity.
Secondly, it is applied to industrial wastewater treatment projects, such as petrochemicals, textiles, printing and dyeing, electroplating, food industry, and other fields.
Thirdly, it is applied to the recovery of useful substances in wastewater. For example, in the fields of papermaking, fiber recovery from pulp and water.
Main industrial principles of the product:
The air flotation separation technology is to dissolve air and water to a greater extent under certain pressure conditions, striving to be in a saturated state. Then, the pressure dissolved air water formed is released through decompression, producing a large number of fine bubbles that fully contact the suspended flocs in the water, causing the suspended flocs in the water to adhere to the microbubbles and float to the water surface with the bubbles, forming floating slag and scraping off the floating slag, thereby purifying water quality.
The QF type high-efficiency shallow pool air flotation device developed by our factory is an advanced rapid air flotation system. Based on traditional air flotation theory, it successfully applies the "shallow pool theory" and "zero velocity" principle. Through careful design, it integrates coagulation, air flotation, skimming, sedimentation, and scraping, and is a water purification treatment equipment.
The main differences between QF type air flotation device and traditional air flotation device are as follows: traditional air flotation device has fixed inlet and outlet water, and the separation process is dynamic. The disadvantage is that the separation reaction occurs in an unstable water flow state and interferes with each other, causing extremely adverse effects on the upward separation of the floating slag. In order to achieve good separation effect, sufficient time must be left for the rise of the floating slag, and the hydraulic retention time is generally 20-50 minutes, some even up to 1 hour, resulting in an increase in the volume of the pool.
Our factory has independently designed and developed the QF type high-efficiency shallow pool air flotation device to address the shortcomings of traditional air flotation equipment. The raw water inlet and purified water outlet are designed to be mobile, and the separation process is static to shorten the time for the source swelling bubbles to float up. The flow state of the water in the pool is basically relatively static. The suspended solids in the raw water float from the bottom of the pool to the surface at a fast speed (up to 40-100MM/MIN), and the water depth only needs to be 400-500MM, which means the residence time is 3-5 minutes, and the raw water meets the purification requirements. In order to synchronize the rotation of the inlet and outlet, the machine is designed in a circular shape.

6. High degree of purification, with a suspended solids removal rate of over 90%.
7. The device has a clever structure, with a gas dissolution efficiency of up to 90% and a volume that is only one-fifth of a typical gas dissolution system.
Main structure:
1. The QF type high-efficiency shallow air flotation device integrates coagulation, air flotation, skimming, sedimentation, and mud scraping, and is cylindrical in shape with a compact structure and a relatively shallow pool. The main body of the device consists of five parts: pool body, rotating water distribution mechanism, dissolved air release mechanism, frame mechanism, water collection mechanism, etc. The inlet, outlet, and scum discharge outlet are all concentrated in the central area of the pool, and the water distribution mechanism, water collection mechanism, and dissolved gas release mechanism are closely connected to the production and rotate around the center of the pool.
